Nestor has 2 books on the Ravens 2000 &amp;amp; 2012 Super Bowl wins coming
out there will be a special package for Roosts.&amp;nbsp;
Bull Roast is in February, tickets for the 50/50, and the wagon wheel of
cheer are available now.&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

new member who was in attendance.&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

A very big thank you to everyone who came.&amp;nbsp;
The band that played wants to come back and play next year.&amp;nbsp; A great time was had by all.&amp;nbsp; A huge thanks to Bobbi and Jim for hosting
this great event.&amp;nbsp; We appreciate your
hospitality.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Team Purple 10/27 &lt;/b&gt;–
Katie Bollinger from the Ravens was with us and left some tee-shirts.&amp;nbsp; She is very happy with the $2500 donation by
our Roost to Team Purple, because she is from &lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Carroll&lt;/st1:placename&gt; &lt;span&gt;County&lt;/st1:placetype&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
and that gives her some bragging rights as she goes around to other
groups.&amp;nbsp; Join Team Purple now, go to the
link from our website.&amp;nbsp; Registration will
be at 8:00 a.m. on the 10/27 and the walk begins at 9:00a.m.&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Oriole Game 9/28 - &lt;/b&gt;Still tickets available.&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Xmas Party:&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; No updates at this time.&amp;nbsp; Rafael would like us to have it there, but it
is not big enough.&amp;nbsp; More to come on this.&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

auction and more.&amp;nbsp; Proceeds go to benefit
the family of Jason Schneider. Come on out and support this great cause while
enjoying some fun with fellow Roost members.&amp;nbsp;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Taste of Carroll – &lt;/b&gt;To
benefit the &lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Rape&lt;/st1:placename&gt; &lt;span&gt;Crisis Center&lt;/st1:placetype&gt;&lt;/span&gt; is being held on Monday,
October 14&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt; at 6:00 p.m.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Tickets are $60. The event will be held at Martin’s &lt;span&gt;Westminster&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;O’s Game, July 13 vs.

Fundraiser&lt;/b&gt; – A date is not set yet.&amp;nbsp;
We would be able to hand out flyers to friends and family then 20% of

items to choose from plates, bowls, mugs, coffee cups that you can paint how
you would like.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; To go along with this,
at a different time we could do the Believe Mugs charity.&amp;nbsp; For $10 you paint a mug however you like the
word with the word “Believe” on it.&amp;nbsp; The
mugs go to local cancer patients.&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

27:&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; 9:00am at the old Memorial

participated in Team Purple last year, for the American Breast Cancer

Offense, Purple Dame &amp;amp; Birdman for being there for the walkers.&amp;nbsp; The Roost donated $250 and the walk raised
$7,000.&amp;nbsp; We also had a booth there with
Scott Albright and Dawn Geigan working the booth.&amp;nbsp; Roost Member Lori Blake walked with her

cheer at them on from the finish line and some fans walked with our guys.&amp;nbsp; Our volunteers were Bobbi Koppenhaver, Dawn
Geigan and Donna Franey who worked the registration desk.&amp;nbsp; Also spotted cheering on our walkers was Judi
Carter, Lew Hund and Sarah Hund-Brown.&amp;nbsp; We

relationship classes for children, couples and singles.&amp;nbsp; They also offer financial classes.&amp;nbsp; They work with Health Department, the school
system and the YMCA.&amp;nbsp; In October they are
sponsoring Date Night Carroll, to encourage couples to date 1 night per
week.&amp;nbsp; Couples who date 1 night each week
experience 3.5 times more general and sexual happiness.&amp;nbsp; They are looking for volunteers to help with
getting restaurants, churches and other facilities to offer specials for date
night couples, or babysitting.&amp;nbsp; They have
an organization who will match funds for $1000, the Roost donated $100.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Caroline Ross and stepfather, Steve Tipton are members of our Roost).&amp;nbsp; We are looking for a team to walk.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;WALK A MILE IN HER
SHOES: &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;April 13. You can go
online to register to walk or to donate money to our walkers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

is May 30 – June 3. Theme this year is “Fly Like a Raven”.&amp;nbsp; Register your rooms now and don’t forget to

are going quick. A sample of our Roost T-Shirt was displayed. We are working on

$55.00, which includes food and drink at the convention for Friday and

Construction, who provided the truck and trailer for the winter parade, will be

for a $1000.00 budget was brought forth and passed.&amp;nbsp; The theme for the float is “Ravens of Oz”.&amp;nbsp; We will need to tear the float down after the
parade before partying begins.&amp;nbsp; All #115
members who go to the convention are expected to be in the parade.&amp;nbsp; We will be designing a shirt (Heather Fields?)
for us to wear down there as a group. Committee members include Terri Shull,

and Dawn will be our liaison with Roost 50. They will let us know what we need

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;GOLF TOURNAMENT:&lt;/u&gt;
&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;Is June 14 at The Links in
Gettysburg. Shot Gun starts at 1:00 p.m.&amp;nbsp;
We need 2-3 people to head a committee for this event, and lots of teams.
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;It’s not too early to start thinking
about silent auction goody bag items. This is our biggest fund raiser.&amp;nbsp; We need stuff for gift bags and prizes for
longest driver, closest to the pin.&amp;nbsp;
Tickets this year are $100.00 with a rib dinner after the
tournament.&amp;nbsp; We will have beer, water and
Gatorade available on the course.&amp;nbsp; Darren
has donated 20 cases for the course and a keg before tee-off. We will have a

charities to support, membership levels, event schedule, PR &amp;amp; advertising,

a canned or boxed good to be donated to Food Sunday.&amp;nbsp; Since Rafael supports the roost it was
suggested that we meet there for all away games and make it charity

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Purple Friday&lt;/b&gt; is
December 14 from 5-7pm at the Giant in Westminster.&amp;nbsp; Poe, 98 Rock, and some Cheerleaders will be
there.&amp;nbsp; Since we are the home Roost it
was requested that we have has many people there to help build up the
energy.&amp;nbsp; So get out your Roost and Ravens
gear.&amp;nbsp; You can reply to the Evite or show

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;The Holiday Party&lt;/b&gt;
is December 15 from 2-4 at O’Lourdan’s.&amp;nbsp;
Food will be served with a cash bar.&amp;nbsp;
The charity for this event is Toys-for-Tots, please bring a toy.&amp;nbsp; This is a family friendly event.&amp;nbsp; Santa Claus, in a purple suite that was voted
on to purchase, will be there so if you are bringing a child, please bring a
small toy wrapped with their name for Santa to give them.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;The Roost is adopting
2 families&lt;/b&gt;.&amp;nbsp; a 25 year old single dad
with a 3 year old and a 49 year old single dad with a 14 year old girl and 15
year old boy.&amp;nbsp; Bobbi will be doing the
shopping.&amp;nbsp; Motion made for the budget to
be $150 for family with 3 year old and $350 for the family with the teens for a
total of $500.&amp;nbsp; Bobbi also mentioned that
if you have used clothing or household goods to donate them to 2&lt;sup&gt;nd&lt;/sup&gt;
chances on Green Street.&amp;nbsp; Things there
are free to help people getting started again.&amp;nbsp;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;The Parade of Lights
in Westminster&lt;/b&gt; is on 11/24 was a lot of fun.&amp;nbsp; Thanks to Heather and Kathy for the planning
of the float and to all who helped build and walk in the parade.&amp;nbsp; Dawn said her dentist said we had a great
float.&amp;nbsp; Scott’s polar bear tail was
